Dow Electronic Materials, a business unit of The Dow Chemical Company today announced it will discuss emerging technologies in the field of display at Society for Information Display (SID) Display Week 2015 in San Jose, CA, May 31 – June 5, 2015. SID Display Week is an annual worldwide event showcasing advancements in electronic display technology.
Andrew Lee, Display Technologies Global Business Director in Dow Electronic Materials will be introducing the company’s display business portfolio including OLED emitting materials, display materials for touch screens and display films on June 1 at 1:45 p.m.
Among the highlighted materials are Dow’s TREVISTA™ Quantum Dots, which can be tuned precisely to meet customer requirements for a wider color palette and improved color saturation. Dow has a global licensing agreement with Nanoco Group PLC for its cadmium-free quantum dot technology and has exclusive worldwide rights for the sale, marketing and manufacture of Nanoco’s cadmium-free quantum dots for use in electronic displays.
